Roya Gordon is Executive Industry Consultant – OT Cybersecurity at Hexagon. She is a cybersecurity professional with extensive expertise in Operational Technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT). Kelly Stich is Chief Cyber Security Architect at SUBNET Solutions Inc. He is a registered Professional Engineer in British Columbia, Canada. Kelly has expertise in the domains of protection, control, automation, and OT cybersecurity. He worked at BC Hydro for over 16 years where he held roles such as Technical Lead for Transmission NERC CIP compliance and Specialist Engineer in Protection and Control Planning.

Rick has been involved in designing and implementing OT security programs, tailoring projects to clients in industries including oil & gas, refining, mining, power, and manufacturing. Rick always approaches engagements with an eye towards building a scalable, cost-effective and manageable solution.

Jon has over 15 years in applied ICS/OT/IoT ecosystem security and engineering experience and specializes in OT/ICS security architecture, device security, OT Executive Consulting, and SDLC for ICS / IoT engineering groups. Prior to Fortress, Jon has served as a Security Architect for Caterpillar’s Autonomous Machines programs, CISO for Monico Inc delivering OT Telematics, and Senior Manager and Principal Consultant for Revolutionary Security.

In 2001, David started as the first salesperson at eMation (later Axeda) and was a key contributor to growing that company to 130 customers by 2011 before it was acquired by PTC along with Thingworx. David also has spent time at Oracle, WindRiver, BSquare and Zededa, assisting with their building of IoT programs.More recently David has been an advisor to InSkill which uses AI to capture knowledge and upskill workers.
