The Steering Committee campaign for 2027 is now underway. Last edition’s Steering Committee members are listed below:

NextEra Energy
Spencer Wilcox is Senior Director and CISO at NextEra Energy, where he leads the cybersecurity strategy, governance, architecture, and operations for the company and its subsidiaries, including Florida Power & Light. He is responsible for securing assets across generation, transmission, distribution, and commercial operations.

STV group
Danielle Jablanski is an OT Cybersecurity Strategist, responsible for researching global cybersecurity topics and promoting OT and ICS cybersecurity awareness throughout the industry.

Chevron
Dennis Hackney has over 20 years of experience in IT and OT cybersecurity, developing and delivering solutions across industrial and specialized environments. He supports compliance and technology advancement and holds a PhD in Information Security, along with degrees in Electronic Systems Applied Sciences and Business Administration.

Applied Security Convergence
Chris Wolski, former CISO for one of the nation’s largest ports, is an information security expert and CEO of Applied Security Convergence. He teaches cybersecurity and law at Texas A&M School of Law and Lone Star College, and advises SMBs in e-commerce, maritime, and oil & gas on security and compliance.

Galvanick
Brandon Park is Co-founder & CTO at Galvanick. Brandon has built industrial cybersecurity programs for Merck, Bechtel, and Amazon. His on-the-ground expertise spans a broad range of industries, from nuclear reactors to global eCommerce supply chains.

Operation Technology Cybersecurity Coalition
Tatyana Bolton is Executive Director of the Operational Technology Cybersecurity Coalition and a principal at Monument Advocacy. A former policy director for the Cyberspace Solarium Commission, she has served at DoD, CISA, and Google. She also advises Berkeley’s CLTC, the Cybersafe Foundation, and CSC 2.0.

Schneider Electric
Dee Kimata is a cybersecurity leader with deep OT expertise and a track record of reducing risk and driving resilience in industrial environments. She has led high-performing teams across critical infrastructure sectors, aligning technical, regulatory, and business goals to build digital trust during growth and transformation.

Siemens Energy
Jonathan is a cybersecurity expert with over 15 years of experience addressing critical infrastructure threats. As Director of Industrial Cyber and Digital Security at Siemens Energy, he leads solutions for the power sector’s toughest challenges. He also teaches an OT cybersecurity master’s course at Duke University’s Pratt School of Engineering.

ENGIE North America
With a 20-year career spanning military intelligence, ICS security at INL, cyber threat intelligence in the energy sector, and OT expertise in the tech startup space, Roya Gordon brings a wealth of expertise to her CISO role. She oversees three dedicated teams focused on IT security, OT security, and IT/OT GRC, ensuring comprehensive protection and compliance.

Risk Mitigation Consulting
Mr. Lutz leads the Cyber Operations group at RMC and is a recognized expert in ICS and OT cybersecurity. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in risk management, secure systems, penetration testing, and compliance across government, commercial, and DoD environments, including RMF implementation and cybersecurity policy development.

Eversource Energy
Michael is a Cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of IT experience, enabling business while reducing risk. At Eversource, he leads multiple teams of security professionals that keep critical infrastructure secure, reliable, and compliant.

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey
John Ballentine has worked in OT cybersecurity in the industrial sector for more than 20 years, specialising in auditable compliance with NIST CSF and IEC 62443 on behalf of North American and European organizations that operate critical assets in both public and private sectors.

Loudoun Water
Andy is the current Director of Operations Technology at Loudoun Water, where he has played an instrumental role in ICS integration, building automation, Automated Meter Infrastructure, and deploying OT security technologies. He regularly participates in cyber-related discussions with CISA and is a member of the Water-ISAC Advisory Committees.
